How To Return An Item

If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange for your Dubaiborka items, please email us on support@dubaiborka.com with your order number and the name of the item/s you wish to receive a refund/exchange for in addition to your reason so that your return can be authorized. A returns address will be provided to you after your return has been authorized.

  • Your item/s must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a defect. Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • If your item is in new condition, you may exchange, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we have a strict no refunds/exchange policy on Hijabs, Scarves, Hijab caps. Accessories & Formal Hijabs which have been opened by the customer.
  • Any sale/clearance items cannot be refunded/exchanged. Please ensure you have carefully read all product descriptions, fabric compositions and measurements to help you make an informed decision before placing your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.
